Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Split - near the entrance to main ferry harbour next to the first Jadrolinija kiosk (near Croatia Airlines bus terminal)

Krilo Jesenice - bus station next to Hotel Krilo.


Notes:

The activity will be cancelled if minimum number of 6 participants is not fullfilled and payments will be refunded. Bookings for groups of 6 and more people at other days, times and pick up points are possible at request. Contact us at: split@katarina-line.hr
