Main area of focus in Caring for the Destination:
The main focus of this hotel is the promotion of cultural and historical experiences and culture and history preservation.
Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
When the hotel was built, the remains of old Roman aqueducts from the time of Diocletian were found and that area was preserved and designed as an exhibition area like a monument of great historical importance. The hotel staff will assist any guests willing to see that area and give information about it. As a dedication to its historical heritage, the hotel restaurant has created a special menu available for groups inspired by food and the tradition of Diocletian times. To imagine it better, you will be given the example of that menu.

- Escargot braised on onion and olive oil, sauced with red wine and honey, served with braised rice
- Roasted lamb "Haedum Pasticum"

- Diocletian pancakes "Ova Sfongia"
