This tour will take you to Northern Dalmatia, National Parks Kornati and Krka, as well as historical places like Zadar, Šibenik and Trogir and some other popular tourist destinations. During the day your boat will sail and you will relax on the deck and swim in hidden bays while afternoons and evenings will be free to explore the place you visit.

Tour includes 2 National parks: Kornati- national park of 140 islands and reefs and Krka- national park with waterfalls, remarkable flora and fauna and representation of traditional village of the area. You will also visits ancient town of Zadar, masterpiece of architecture- Cathedral in Šibenik, UNESCO protected town of Trogir and tourist resorts like Vodice and Primošten.

Boats are traditional Croatian wooden or newer steel boats with average capacity of 30 passengers. Usually there are 5 members of crew: captain, cook, waiter and two sailors or deckhands.  Accommodation is in 2 bedded cabins with private or sharing toilette and bathroom. Boats serve continental breakfast and set menu lunch which is included in price. Drinks are not included in price and there is bar on boat which serves all kinds of drinks.

 

Sailing is usually during morning and early afternoon when boat dock to the port and guest are free for their own activities all till next morning when the boat leaves to next port. Sailing also includes visits to small bays and swimming and jumping from the boat in crystal clear sea. Therefore this tour is combination of cultural visits and relaxing and enjoying on the sea.

Itinerary
 

Saturday: Split-Rogoznica or Primošten

After introduction to ship rules and boat crew, your lunch is served and boat departs the port. After a while we will have a swimming break and in afternoon we arrive in small ports of Rogoznica or Primošten, depending on port condition. Both are small and nice places full of restaurants, bars and nice beaches, perfect for relaxing summer holiday.

Sunday: Rogoznica or Primošten - Šibenik- NP Krka

After breakfast we go towards Šibenik, important historical town famous by its Cathedral, the masterpiece of architecture. You will have enough time to admire it and wander through the streets of Old Town.  After visiting Šibenik we go back on boat which takes us deeper into land through gulf of Šibenik and to the entrance to National park of Krka. Enjoy the waterfalls, rich flora and fauna and see the presentation of traditional Dalmatian village inside of the park. Evening will be spend in small place Zlarin or Skradin.

 

Monday:  NP Krka- NP Kornati - Sali

Today we will sail through National Park Kornati which consists of 140 islands and reefs. We will visit the bay of Telašćica with salt lake inside of it and amazing reefs steeping deep into the sea. Overnight is in Sail, small fisherman village at Dugi Otok, the longest island of Zadar archipelago.

 

Tuesday: Sali  - Zadar

We depart after breakfast, have swimming breaks and lunch on our way to Zadar. Zadar is the biggest town of North Dalmatia, important for its history and significant university town.  You will have enough time to visit its Archeological Museum, churches and art galleries. Don't miss the only Sea Organs in the world and the Monument to the Sun. Enjoy the colorful sunset here as the sunset in Zadar is the most beautiful in the world, stated by Alfred Hitchcock.

 

Wednesday: Zadar -  Vodice

Today we go back to south and in the afternoon we will arrive to Vodice, one of the favorite tourist resorts in Dalmatia. Numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, cocktail bars, nightclubs and nice beaches are attractions of this beautiful Dalmatian town.

 

Thursday: Vodice- Trogir

Departure after breakfast, with swimming stops and lunch on the way. In afternoon we arrive to Trogir, town and island in one, protected by UNESCO because of its historical and architectural importance. Don't miss visiting the Cathedral, wandering around the tiny streets of Old Town full of art galleries and souvenir shops. Spend your evening at main waterfront promenade enjoying the true Mediterranean atmosphere.

 

Friday: Trogir- Split

Whole day of swimming and sunbathing is ahead of us. We will enjoy our last day at the sea in secluded bays of Čiovo, the island connected with bridge to Trogir. Afternoon we arrive to Split and you have time free for exploring Diocletian Palace and museums and galleries of Split.

 

Saturday: Split

After the breakfast is finished, the time to say goodbye to your crew and new friends has come. Hope to see you again!
