The owner Nikola is passionate about renovating old houses, designing the interior and making the home away from home for travelers from around the world. As he himself travels allot with his other job, he has gained the experience of staying in different type of accommodation and now he is trying to make one which is just like the one he would like to stay in when he is away from home.

Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
As a passionate collector of antique furniture and other antique objects, the owner is renovating them, giving them new polish and using them as decoration in the rooms to share his love and promote Dalmatian culture to his guests.
The house in which rooms are located is an old stone Dalmatian house. Hundred-of-year original parts of it were kept to preserve the history and original architecture.
To minimize energy consumption, special air-conditioners which are automatic regulated and turned off if not used are installed.
