Villa Matejuška

Villa Matejuška is an old stone house renovated to a guest house consisting of 6 self catering apartments and little 'konoba' on the ground floor, in which rich complimentary breakfast and other meals are served. The villa is located close to Matejuška, an old fisherman port and one of the places in Split which kept its Mediterranean spirit as it has been for centuries.

The hotel is only 300 meters away from the Diocletian Palace making it the perfect location not only for exploring the Old town, but also for discovering the beautiful beaches and parks of Split as the walking paths, bike routes and bus lines start close from Villa.

Both the villa and konoba are run by the same family, and they will ensure that each guest is well taken care of and give their best to make each visitor's experience in Split unforgettable.

The reception desk in Villa Matejuška is open every day from 8:00 to 21:00 and the staff will be available for all the services you need. Villa Matejuška also offers a complimentary continental breakfast in its little 'konoba', a typical Dalmatian restaurant, situated in the basement of the building.

- From the day of confirmation up till 30 days prior to arrival advance payment of 30 % is non refundable.

- 29-22 days - 25%of the remaining balance

- 21-15 days - 50% of the remaining balance
