Since 1954, this famous Festival has been taking place on numerous beautiful open stages in Split including Perystile, Prokurative, hidden squares, parks, basements of the Palace, and many other unexpected, amazing places. Concerts, plays, ballets, and operas are performed from mid-July to mid-August, the highest peak of the summer season in Split.
